Plenty of new and used trials bikes on Ebay, I just bought a new Onza T-Comp 20" frame for £60 (RRP is £239). It looks like the wheels will be most expensive to buy followed by decent brakes...

I got a 26" wheeled one from my local bike shop for £100!

It is actually quite good , good wheelset + tyres, light e.t.c

On Ebay there are plenty of 2nd hand ones , and some new ones that are clearing cheap because they are last years model (like 2005 motorised versions)
