Andyb1987 Posted April 17, 2018 Report Share Posted April 17, 2018 Stripped down clutch casing today to inspect the plates i took the whole side casing off and the kick start spring didnt look right is was touching the outer basket so I removed and cleaned the kick start idler gear. The question is though when I put it back together do i have to put any tension in the spring buly winding it half a turn etc or do i just fit it straight in the hole as is?
