  1. It will be the split bearing under the middle gear on the secondary shaft, get it ripped into and replace it and all the other bits its knackered in the process...
  2. Apart from if its got an aftermarket DP clutch pack in it..... it will make those plates swell after time and your lever will go stiff...

    Gas Gas Randonne

Hi avo... Have you fitted the 11 front and the 42 rear that comes with the bike from standard???? (on it when new should be 13 x 38) You can fit a 48 tooth rear and we (GGUK) are having some 10 tooth fronts made as we speak.... we have 10 x 48 on our demo and its fine for trials. Faktree....

    2012 Formula

Browny's bike has got AJP fitted Andy , but the reason is we had NO bikes with Formula fitted when it was time for a new one... I think his two factory bikes are gonna have Formula.... My new "Racing" has Formula and they work mega..... Faktree..
  5. If its a TX Boy then I have got a manual that I can send you on an e-mail from work which shows a break down of the engine, just e-mail me asking for it and I will send it as a reply. My e-mail is kev@gasgasuk.com Factory Kev.... I am at the Dirtbike show till sunday so it will be next monday when I can send it..!
  6. youthy. You may not have realised but our answerphone messages sometimes don't get to us at GGUK, I ALWAYS try to ring back when possible but sometimes the customer rings back before I get chance to... As for your clutch pack we recieved it in the post thursday/possibly friday and I measured it, thinned it down and sent it back to you as soon as we could, please let us know if you have any other problems with it! As for e-mails I answer EVERY one, admittedly its sometimes a day or so before I get to them!! As for you Ben, I find that quite amazing as I can remember sorting your problem out after numerous phone calls!!!!... As far as I'm concerned I will keep reading your posts but this is my ONLY reply. "Factory Kev"

    Carb Setup

The big black pipe is correct, its the feed into carb, you dont really need a fuel filter with the Dellorto as they have a filter on the other side of the carb where the fuel enters, one can be fitted as extra protection if ya want though. Always fit an inline fuel filter to Keihin carbs as they have no internal one! The clear pipe is for the gearbox to breathe & should only be fitted to the little 90 degree elbow in front of the sprocket, it should then just go up high under the tank & act as a breather. The 90 degree elbow on the carb is a breather & usually has no pipe fitted, some people fit a small length (1.5 inch) of pipe so water doesn't go in when washing or riding through streams! Did that all make sense?? Oh & the inlet rubber on the back side of ya carbs are not on properly, push them further on or dirt/water will get in
  13. Graham. When I had a TX Boy for my lad we run it at 80:1, that is about 60ml of oil to 5 litres of fuel. If you put any more than that in it will smoke alot, fill the tailpipe with oil & start to spray oil from the tailpipe all over the swingarm & rear brake if you dont rev it much... Use any good quality 2T oil apart from Silkolene, its too thick, eventually it will stick the piston rings in & you won't be able to start the engine! Stick 150ml of a light gear oil or a 10w30 motor oil in the gearbox & it should be fine.... If my memory is correct I fitted a bigger rear sprocket to slow the bike down, I think it was a 60 tooth! What else do ya need? Faktree...
