  1. Thanks for that Paul, have sent them an email
  2. Hi there, try http://www.wwmc.co.uk/ or http://www.sdmcc.org.uk/ and if you find a practice area I'd be interested too! Cheers, Roy.
  3. Some of this might be a bit advanced but try here:- http://www.trialstrainingcenter.com/html/how_to_ride.html It's also worth buying a couple of DVD's - BVM have a good selection here:- http://www.bvm-moto.co.uk/videos.htm Hope this helps, Roy.

  5. I reckon that helmet was about 12" of padding and about 8" of head
  6. A C90 was my first ever motorbike, had a few mods by Dad to let a 5 year old touch the ground, will dig up a piccy That puppy was a fast lesson in falling off - those rock hard tyres on a stubble field - ouch! Roy
  7. Thanks, but wait till you see Bri's video. Might do things a bit more justice. Photos are too flat. I always enjoy videos that show off interesting angles
  8. Fantastic pics Andy, couldn't make it up there but got a real feel for it from your pictures and write up This one of the reasons i gladly pay to be a site supporter. ...and well done to whoever supplied the one piece suits for the score card ladies Roy.
  9. Hi BD, Not such a Wiltshire "boy" anymore - 37yo these days but too lazy to think of another internet name! Cheers, Roy.
  10. Well, funnily enough, the house that me Mum and Dad are keen on is in Bourganeuf so might well see you soon BikerDude!
  11. Cheers Mudman, that's what i wanted to hear. I didn't fancy the drive down in the old Transit!
  12. Was thinking today about French trialling as it looks like my parents are moving to France and would be a shame not to take the bike when i visit! Does anybody know if there are any restrictions on bike racks on ferrys or the Chunnel? What sort of extra security measures would i need to take if i took the overnight down to Le Havre? Any tips or hints gratefully received. Roy.
  13. Yes it should! I'd check that the left side of the grip isn't rubbing against the throttle body or that the throttle isn't pushed too far onto the handlebar letting the right hand inner edge of the grip rub against the end of the bar. Might be worth taking the throttle off altogether and cleaning eveything inside and the bar under the throttle tube. HTH, Roy.
