  1. Hi, Try laying the bike over at about 45 degrees on the exhaust side after the fuel is turned on, reduces the high speed running on my son's '05 200 Sherco at cold start up. Cheers.
  2. Heed the advice given above....Attempted to remove the primary gear nut on my son's sherco 200, and found it to be bloody tight, thought i was careful how i restrained the gear...but..ending up busting an ear of the clutch basket got a hold of a rattle gun the next day and was all too easy.
  3. I used a hex head bolt with vice grips until i bought a 12mm allen key socket, that is assuming the spindle is the same as a pinky .
  4. Hi, tank in the background is off a late 70's MX80, which my son first started trials on. It's left over from a previous project where i made up one bike out of two. yes the colours are 'Scorpa' and Yamaha blue inspired. cheers.
