  1. I was excited about possibility of using cells from Fiat 500 electric car battery but they are way too big PS. Anyone wanna make Home Powerwall?
  2. these are called 18650 and are found in laptop batteries and TESLA cars These cells are great but also there are not so great Chinese versions that advertise as 9000 mah but have like 500mah
  3. Quick search points out to $4.25 So that's $170 in batteries alone. £142 is 170 USD so there is no room for profit unless they get it are way better prices.
  4. 10S4P means 32-42V correct? And 11600mah so these cells are 2900mah each. If they are in fact these cells then it should be good Wondering of what the range would be with 11600??? Also could you charge these with OEM Oset charger. They dont mention anything about balance leads

  6. how does this compare to OEM batteries? What kind of range improvement?
  7. Missed that one So? Whos gonna be a test mule? Its a expensive proposition for me since I have 2 boys (almost $800). Plus I just got a battery pack from Fiat 500e that I will be taking apart and maybe I can use these cells on the kids bikes. 8. Can u post a picture? So funny, today I thought about this thread because im in the process of taking apart a Fiat 500e battery and was thinking if these cells would fit my boys Oset 16's
  9. I am not a stranger to soldering so lets say I want to make some LIFEPO battery packs for my boys. They are both on 36V osets. Whats the max V you would recommend and what BMS do I get and how do I wire it. Also am I assuming correctly that OEM Oset chargers can be used? Thanks. Greg
