    2012 250st

Need to know std pilot jet size as I've stupidly dropped mine in garden while cleaning carb and try as I may can't find it!!!!😡 Thanks in advance. Pete.
  4. As stated covered in lacquer from new, best option use paint stripper to remove said lacquer and use Peek metal polish to restore then rely on polish from then on.
  5. if you are talking gear box my 2012 takes 450ml. assume your year would be same as.
  6. Great video coverage many thanks.
  7. Yeh I'd be interested in having a Honda 2t again having had three 315s in the past, brilliant engines.
  8. Hi...I have a 2009 4T great bike when running but very hard to start when hot so have gone back to 2t Sherco much easier to start and ride. Thought I would upload a photo of mine which I still have.
  9. Hi just wanted to say thanks to you all for your replies, now sorted it was the vacuum pipe that was the problem. Must say it's great to have access to so much help at the touch of a button.
  10. Hi....Assume as a 2001 model will have rainbow forks not sure what answer to that would be as obviously a special finish.
  11. Thanks oni nou I did remove the jets to blast them I think i'll go down the vaccum route next and see if that cures the problem.
  12. Hi sirdabalot, could I have re-fitted the floats wrong therefore not filling float bowl? Really trying to avoid the need to remove carb/airbox as such a task to re-fit!!! I did try leaning bike as suggested and carb did not appear to overflow and plug was dry ish,I suppose it is possible that I have fitted the fuel line to carb at the wrong angle causing a kink in the pipe but was hoping as said to avoid removing carb/airbox.
  13. Thanks sirdabalot,I'll check that out today although I did loosen the float bowl and fuel came out so assume fuel is ok?
