Hi thanks pa. I have got the parts list and it shows it but there is no way it can fit there. what I could do with is a photo of the of the cdi in situ with the plastics removed. I know it seems daft but I have tried evrey little gap.

Firstly I would like to introduce myself, My name is Chris and I have just purchased a part built Beta Techno 250 1997. I’m hoping to pick your brains on probably my first of many issues having not stripped the bike myself. CDI Location I have tried to fit this in every available gap with no joy, dealers reckon under headstock, there is no room there. can anyone take a look at theirs for me to see where its fitted, it has a rubber surround and a bracket. Many thanks in anticipation.
