  1. OK, now my fingers hurt from pumping my hose, while listening to yet another great basketball game.
  2. My first thought was, "That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard." So, I tried it, and it works! It still seems like a bloody PITA to have to do it this way, though... Thanks, Mr. Williams! (Go UCONN , I grew up 10 miles from Storrs)
  3. Hello! New to the forum & trials, in general, but looking forward to playing around on this old Beta! But, I have a problem. I'm not new to wrenching on off-road bikes, I usually do all the work myself (with the help of YouTube & manuals), but this issue has me stumped! Where the heck do you add coolant to this bike! I had to replace the coolant reservoir, the old one had a pitted thread, so the cap wouldn't seal. Drained the motor, installed the new res, and the way it sits, gravity does not allow the coolant to cycle into the radiator and other hoses. I tried starting it and adding coolant to the reservoir, but it doesn't move out of the res. I loosened up the bleed bolt at the top of the rad, attached a funnel to the hose where it usually attaches to the res and tried to fill it that way, to no avail. I've worked on plenty of bikes, but this trials bike has me stumped! Tell me what I'm doing wrong, please! (TIA) -- C.J.
