  1. fuel sender location on mine (2012), wires are green/black and black on sender and green/black and green at headstock connector.
  2. Bikes a cracker mark, like the black n white decals. My 2012 ossa has the low level fuel sensor on it, beside the throttle body. Not 100% on this but i think they are thermistor type sensor, works something along the lines of sensing the temperature difference between being immersed in fuel (keeping it cool) or exposed to the air allowing it to heat up and somehow create a circuit but don’t quote me on this I'm no expert. Anyway there is a bunch of mini connectors at the head stock for the display (ossa use the trail tech vapor) the connector your after is there though i can’t remember of the top of my head the wire colours, I'll check mine first chance i get and update this. Also you must use a conventional bulb as led’s won’t work.

    Thermostat

Cheers Canada, had some good info from the forum in the past so I'm glad i could give a little back. Yes sounds like the fan will run constant, worth trying that manx before you order a temp sensor in case your fan is the culprit. Also check the wiring at the connectors, the reason i say that is i recently had a broken wire at my tps connector caused by very slight corrosion.

    Thermostat

Hi from a new member. Had to register to share this info with you , the information below is from Ossa uk ssdt check list. Looks to me like jumping the connecter is a bad idea...... " Check coolant and ensure fan cuts in and out (IMPORTANT) the ossa use a water temperature sensor not a thermostat if your fan stops working dissconnect the block connector from the water sensor that comes out of the cylinder head, the fan should now work (DO NOT BRIDGE THE WIRES THIS CAN CAUSE MAJOR DAMAGE TO YOUR ECU WHICH MAY PUT YOU OUT OF THE EVENT)." Hopefully this has been helpful
