  1. Ah the squadronaires often get some play time on a Manx radio late show. I'll listen more carefully in the future! Did you find your rhythm in the trial ?
  2. http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/111617599696?_mwBanner=1 Anybody know who the rider is alluded to in the description?
  3. Too right, The pinkster 250 Yamaha wr250f Yamaha ttr125 Yamaha pw80 Yamaha ty80 (in a box) Oset 12.5 Guzzi v7c Honda nsr125 basket case If a new bike said Yamaha on it, or had the right colouring I reckon nobody would be any the wiser at first glance. Tyz? Sy250 2 or 4? I'd take any of these...
  4. Hi all, I've been riding bikes of all kinds for over twenty years. Mostly of the off road variety, including two trials irons. A fantic 125 twin shock which jumped out of gear going up hills and was an all round dog, and more recently (about seven years ago) a ty pinkie. The pinkie is probably my favourite bike of all I've owned. It was ridden regularly on private land until four years ago when divorce, marriage and child no.3 happened. Anyway it's been languishing in the garage for the intervening years being tinkered with from time to time. That is until last week when I hurriedly through it back together in time for my trials debut with no practice whatsoever. It's lucky the thing has a seat as that's where my bum was usually placed when the front spindle was passing the end of the section markers, legs flailing. Stuffed carburetion put an end to my outing at the end of lap two of four but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will be going back for more punishment very soon and back to practicing harder than ever. Hmmmm maybe a new bike too, not to replace the pinkie of course but to complement it! ?
