  1. I've tried TC using Atomic and I still get the lame mobile version. Please can you let us have the choice of accessing the forums properly on an iPhone? Thanks!
  2. I liked the look of these, but wasn't prepared to fork out
  3. At the moment the TC forums use the "lo-fi" skin for iPhones. It's very basic, and unlike some other sites there doesn't seem to be the option to switch to the full version. Please can we have the option to view the full version of the forums on an iPhone? Or just ditch the lo-fi version? Thanks!
  4. I've done a couple and they're great fun. There can be quite a bit of navigation to do, and my top tip is to start off by finding someone who knows the ropes and follow them. Takes the pressure off a bit!
  5. I know they lost their planning application, but not sure if there's any light at the end of the tunnel.
  6. Oh well, looks like a dab of superglue has sorted it for now!
  7. I've broken the plastic "sight glass" on the front brake master cylinder of my 2003 Rev 3 (it's an AJP master cylinder, I don't know if it's different on other years). I called Lampkins, but apparently this critical little bit of plastic isn't available as a spare so I either try to bodge it with some glue or buy a new master cylinder which doesn't seem like a good use of
  8. As far as I'm concerened Ebay is no worse than any other way of buying or selling second hand stuff, and due to its reach it's often better. There's plenty of scope to get burnt, but a little common sense goes a long way - I've bought and sold cars and bikes on Ebay, some of them unseen, with no problems at all. Since they changed the feedback rules for buyers, when I am selling I would now prefer to end the auction early with a committed buyer rather than run the risk of a dreamer or idiot making the highest bid.
  9. After you've fived the first few, word will get around quite quickly!
  10. I posted a message to the thread about the trials practice area at Tonymoto, but the whole thread seems to have disappeared today. Is this more database problems, or should I be looking for black helicopters? Does anyone know what the latest situation is with Tonymoto? Yoyo - your PM box is full . . .
  11. I've never had much luck with the digital gauges. I tried a couple then gave up and got a proper one from Motomerlin.
  12. How about this for the mother of all drop offs? Robbie Maddison in Vegas: Had a quick search, and don't think it's already been posted here . . .
  13. I take 13/14s and the only trials boots that I could find were Gaernes. They were a bit pricey, but I'm very happy with them.
  14. I have Tech 3s and they're excellent value. I wear them for trail riding and Hare & Hounds but I woudn't want to wear them for trials riding - they're too stiff, don't give enough feel and aren't much cop for walking sections. For trials and LDTs I wear my Gaernes.
  15. Check this out! http://www.pistonheads.tv/clip1471 I was there the day that he did this, but didn't catch the action. The stuff in that house is worth squillions - I don't even feel particularly comfortable just walking through the place, let alone riding . . .
