Hello all, I have a 1983 Honda TL125D This uses a 22 mm Keihin carburettor which has two codes stamped on it. These are PC04J and VB. Can anyone tell me the correct float height? It is 19 mm now, and the bike runs a little rich. Increasing the height to 20 mm will bring the float level. I will try this but does anyone know the height set by the factory? Thanks, Peter.

I have purchased a TL125D as a first trials bike. This was sold new in Japan then exported when it was second hand. This model was also sold new in France. I would like to find a parts book, a company that can supply parts, and a blue right side side cover. Many parts are the same as the TLR200 but it would be good to be able to order from the right parts number rather than guessing which model Honda used the same parts. All replies welcome, Peter.
