Hi I found a local supply with M7 bolts I machined the head to fit, cut a straight slot for a screwdriver and cut the bolt to length, it works fine. Living in Portugal is a pain for Montesa spares.

Hi, There's a collar at either end of the bush, I sanded the excess off to make the bush parallel and used a large vice to press fit.

Hi, If you need these bearings, www.superflex.co.uk do Pt# SPF1980P Polyurethane shock absorber eye bushes, with every little work are a perfect replacement @ 3.33UKP each + postage.

Solution to unobtainable H40033 swinging arm bushings, go to www.superflex.co.uk they have stock, parallel shock eye bushes SPF1980P (Polyurethane 95 Shore Hardness) @ 3.33UKP each, with very little machine work they fit.
