On my gg 200 2004 model when the bike is cold the clutch is fine but as it warms up the clutch seems do have a delay in disengaging and the lever feels lazy and slow on return, could this be the o rings in the top hat? or clutch pack swell? any help would be a great help cheers mozchops

    Gas Gas

hi mate the best thing i have found to use is araldite metal epoxy, but make sure you clean the tank with evo cleaner 191
  14. and once you have got it stuck down again get the wifes clear nail varnish and go round the edges of the stickers, if done from new the tank sticker will never peel up. hope this helps!!!
  15. thanks for the help guys got a new plug and wired the bike up, got a spark great! but the thing will not start. A couple of back fires and a strong smell of petrol, the fuel tap has a slight leak so my thinking is that the crank is flooded any ideas?
