Hi there, I've got an Ohlins rear shock taken from my 2016 Evo which should fit if you're interested?

Sent you PM Steve. We had a couple of Scorpa's stolen from Yorkshire a few years ago. Fingers crossed we can check the frame numbers against these and hope they match up!

Not too sure on the other points but I think the changes you've made to the front suspension will have altered the geometry of the bike slightly. The extra preload should give you somthing a bit more solid to push against when hopping the back end rather than all your energy being lost in a load of fork dive. It might also be partly the placebo effect but either way, its all good!

Maybe try one of these to start with before you get new boots? 661 Ankle brace I use a pair of them for mountain biking as i've done the ligaments in my ankle a few times. They work really well and don't affect the fit of your boots. You can also get another version that comes with an insole attached but i find the standard "pro" model fine.

Hi, Sorry to hear about the loss, we also had a couple of bikes stolen after riding at Tong. Pretty certain we were followed back too. We actually saw one of the bikes up at Calverley quarry (Just behind the golf club) and chased the guy riding it into the dodgy estate just behind it (At the back of Sainsbury's / Homebase at Greengates). Never managed to get any back though unfortunately. Might be well worth having a cruise round there now & again just to keep an eye out. (Special tip - If you do see the guys on your bike, don't call the police as they will come flying up the road with the sirens on then slowly walk down into the quarry, allowing the thieving ba*tards plenty of time to escape..............whatever happened to the art of intelligent policing???)
