Not a bad idea that woody Would have been an easy job but the tube had a slight bend in it (.2 - .3mm) from distortion from where the legs are welded to the tube, all sorted with a bit of straightening and re boring though

I have a few with grease nipples fitted to the swingrm, doesn't seem to have done much good though as the spindles were still seized in I think the problem is the spindle rusting and locking itself into the bushes I've just converted a swingarm to needle roller bearings with a grease nipple fitted, hopefully should be an improvement, I'll post some pics when I get chance..

    Mar Wheel Bearings

Not sure if this is the same type as woody refers too but here is a spacer/bearing carrier for use with dished sprockets next to a flat sprocket spacer...

    Mar Wheel Bearings

I've bought m7 bolts from these before, both good service http://www.polished-stainless.com/phdi/p1.nsf/supppages/3534?opendocument∂=2#metric and http://www.a2stainless.co.uk/M7-x-1-00mm_B217L5.aspx

I use 6201 2RS the 2RS being rubber sealed both sides 2 in the front wheel and 3 (iirc) in the rear or 4 if your using the flat sprocket adapter Not sure if you have a mk1 or mk2 but I'm fairly sure the mk2's had all black hubs and brake plate
  7. I've just put a set in a TR77, I used 30204...... same for all the 'classic' ossa frames I believe

    ossa 250 mar

I've done the kickstart mod to a couple of bikes, seems to work ok, not used the bikes regularly though I took approx 2" out of the vertical section when viewed on bike
  9. sorry my fault for not reading the post clearly That bolt is an m8 allen key cap head, 25mm long 1.25 pitch As you may know you'll need a longer bolt (m6 i think) in the oil drain hole to secure the damper unit or the whole unit spins as you tighten (or undo) the m8 bolt Hope this helps AMO
  10. Not sure till I check, but I think the last one's I changed were m7x1

Is your tr77 the black or green frame model? and is it still the original colour? I'm restoring a couple of green frame models and can't find the correct colour for powder coating, I know ford modena green has been mentioned on here before but not convinced its correct Any help appreciated AMO
