  1. Where are you travelling from ! head towards swainby, look for sign post for carlton,keep going through village on to the top there should be marker flags somewhere about the cafe on the top

  3. HI Yes it still has the practice ground,it's at charltons about two miles out of guisborough on the A171 to whitby road,you need a practice pass to get in, also a key, A little bit far for you to travel to isn't it

  5. crash bandit, it should read 180 degrees not 160, you should not have done any damage

Half plate first cork down,then cork /steel/cork/steel till they are all in. on the clutch basket one of the pin's is marked like a cross the pressure plate is also marked something like a I,this mark must either be in line with the mark on the pin that's marked or directly opposite.ie Turn 160 degrees do not put the mark at the side of the marked pin. hope this helps
  7. snapped two on mine, change the mudguard to a 98 techno (black)one then keep the new rev3 for when you sell it 98 mudguards seem to be more flexible, had no more breakages since i changed

    you will need a clutch holding tool,not very expensive available from most bike shops,also check the return spring on the selecter to see if it's broke,i had a bike that would not engage gears and that was the problem.where are you located, we have a holding tool
  9. as you have just rebuilt the rear caliper you may have put the pistons to far in,take the caliper off and pump the brake till the piston's come out a little further,then retry on the wheel, keep doing this a little at a time till they are how you like them. hope this helps

  11. where are you travelling from. the trial is at clitherbecks farm, DANBY .danby, castleton, is signposted from the A171 just past lockwood beck reservoir from guisborough way ,or a couple of miles past scaling dam reservoir coming from whitby way hope this helps
  12. put PJ1 clutch tuner 75W IN THE GEAR BOX,give john lampkin a ring or look on his web for the ammount you need to put in
  13. for your OIL DRAIN PLUG ITS UNDER THE BASH PLATE just look for the hole in the plate,under the bike, the oil filler is on the kick start side large washer shape with allen key fitting check for right quantities on www.the trialcompany.co.uk go into previous models
  14. after 20 mins riding at charltons you have riden every where,under age riders screaming through the car parks,none members trying to get in, i suppose if you like belting up hills for most of your practice session its ok
  15. mine as the 2.0 fitted as standard and runs fine
