Middlesbrough & DMC Charity 2 day trial, Woodhead Farm, Fryup, North Yorkshire.
In aid of Great North Air ambulance.
The event attracted 114 riders over the 2 days & produced some great sport, helped by the good weather.
Many thanks to all involved, especially the landowners, observers & the Air Ambulance volunteer - Colin Jackson, unfortunatly the final amount raised is not yet known.
Simon Kershaw repeated last years win to take the expert class from Adam Milner, whilst the very well supported Inters class (seems the green flag system is really making a difference) Was won by Lee McGee from Chris Alford. Clubman A winner Phil Perry took the win on a borrowed bike he only sat astride an hour before (Xispa) on half the score of 2nd placed Alan Williams, whilst the Clubman B was a closer affair, John Bullen winning by 4 marks from Andrew 'doc' Dale. In the Youths Louise Alford, of the 'famed' Alford Clan from Lincolnshire took the C Class, Whilst Jack peace took Youth B on a score 12 that was the best score of all on the green route.
Sat gave the riders 10 sections, whilst Sunday offered 15 totally seperate sections at the end of Fryupdale, the club managed 9 brand new sections over the weekend & hopes to offer more next year.
Thanks to all riders and hope to see you all back next year,
