Brief report on the Jack White trial, held by Southampton & District Motor-Cycle Club, (www.sdmcc.net), at Bryces Farm today.

There were 10 sections laid out in a bowl at Bryces Farm, Sherfield English, Hants with routes for Novices, Pre-65/Intermediate & Expert riders.

The trial was held under Non-Stop rules & was a round of the Southern Centre championship for Solo * & George Allan Pre-65 series.

The weather was kind to us & the rain held off until 13:40 & even then it was only a brief shower.

The sections proved to be cleanable by most riders so were tightened-up at the lunch break with one section having it’s direction reversed.

This concentrated the riders minds but were all still cleanable & the experts award was decided on a “furthest clean” basis.

All the riders & Observers enjoyed the day with no injuries & only 1 breakdown.
