Easter Monday saw Llangollen and District MCC pla
y host to their annual Lomax Trial, the fourth scoring round in the 2014 S3 Parts Championship. In the S3 Championship Class Tom Sagar - Montesa took top honours after dropping just a single dab over the entire day. Following up in second place was Splatshop Sherco-mounted Chris Pearson four points behind on a score of five with Guy Kendrew - Beta taking the remaining podium position.
Outside of the S3 Championship, Sam Haslam - Gas Gas took the Lomax Cup after riding the whole day without penalty. Ross Danby who has clearly taken well to the Jotagas, matched Chris Pearson's single dab score, though Danby wasn't scoring in the S3 Championship. Dan Thorpe - Gas Gas finished the top three of those not riding for S3 points.
