Gas Gas Weekend Round-up

Dan Peace At 2014 British Youth AB Championship Round 3 - ScarboroughDan PeaceFirst off last weekend was WTC Japan which was missed by No.1 JSTGGUK rider Michael Brown who is resting his tendonitis in his wrist hoping and praying that all be well for next Monday Day 1 SSDT.

Alexz Wigg kept the JSTGG flag flying in Japan and had a respectable result on Saturday finishing 12th. With the sections changed for Day 2 Sunday he struggled (especially with no minder!) in 16th.

Alexz is now back home fighting fit for the SSDT. Factory Kev and Jules have prepaired his machine ready to bang bars with the best for 6 days.

CONGRATULATIONS to Adam Raga for winning both days!

Back home, all was quiet for the adult men with no major events but all was happening at Harwood Dale where the Scarborough and District MCC had a lot to cope with running the Womens BTC and the Youth A,B,C and D British Championship rounds.

JSTGGUK top Youth Rider Dan Peace delivered yet another win under pressure at his local round. Dan was not happy with his ride but happy with the win and 20 points.

Joanne Coles At 2014 British Ladies Championship Round 3 - ScarboroughJoanne Coles

JST Teamsters Jack Peace and Sam Yeomans (Kelcoat) were 2nd and 3rd respectively in the B Class. The top 3 were miles ahead of the rest…

In the Womens BTC round, GG Girl Joanne Coles had a fantastic ride in 2nd beating Becky Cook. Emma won.

Joannes JST team mate Nikita Smith loved the tough event and finished 4th.

Well done also to GG rider Louise Alford who won the girls A Class.

Well done to all!
