Double Header For Classic Riders

lancs countyFollowing recent committee meetings of two north western clubs comes news of a double-header weekend for twin-shock and pre 65 riders. The Cumbria Classic MCC (formerly the Kendal Classic MCC) traditionally runs the Nostalgia Trial on a Saturday in August and this will take place once again on August 22, 2015. And to make it a very worthwhile weekend for these classic machine riders, Lancs County MCC will run the Angela Redford Trial an identical event for the same classes the following day, Sunday August 23, 2015.

The Nostalgia will be at its usual venue, Holme Farm, Middleton near Sedbergh, Cumbria and the Angela Redford will be just 15 miles further south at Brookhouse Brickworks

near Caton, Lancaster. Brookhouse Brickworks is normally used for a Normandale round, but the 2015 Angela Redford, whilst at the same venue, will be easier along the lines of the Nostalgia's severity which has been well received for the past two years.

And just to make it even easier, the secretary of both events will be the same person, so two entries will be able to go to one person in one envelope.

Of course, it's all ten months ahead, but now is the time to book these dates for a pair of really good classic twin-shock and pre 65 trials.
