Another nice fine day at Post Hill for the eighth round of this year's club championship. Thirty seven riders enjoyed a brief spell of sunshine before the clouds gathered, but the rain never came and it stayed dry. Youth rider Keiran Child took the win on the championship route by a most one's tie decider and in so doing beat several older and more experienced riders.
On the clubman route it was Stewart Oughton who scored the least marks and took top spot on this route, but was pushed hard on this occasion by Chris Johnson who could have been even closer but for a lapse on section ten when he went the wrong way through the flags.
Over on the easy route it was the veteran rider Mick Kettlewell who just got the decision by one mark over the younger rider Rob Chadwick.
