The AMCA affiliated Bainbridge Motor Club staged one of their rare trials in scenic Wensleydale on Sunday. The Club are better known for their spectacular mid –summer grass hillclimb near Aysgarth. Despite several other trials in the region thirty eight riders converged on Ballowfield, near Carperby to ride a three lap twelve event. Ripon builder James Langstaff won the event heading Robert Weatherill and Chris Laws. Langstaff is a key member of the Ripon club as a section designer and trials organiser. It was his second trial this year after sustaining an ankle injury.
