After the World Class riders had sized up the intimidating Parkwood, Tong sections in typically British weather today the most important competition of the weekend commenced; who could have the most fun in the Junior fun Trial organised by TrialsUK and the local Horsforth Club. 42 youngsters pre-entered to ride a 3 lap 8 section course under the scrutiny of top class observers registering their scores on punched cards just like the pro's. But the important factor in this trial was having fun and a whole shedload of prizes found their way to the riders irrespective of the scores on the punchcards.
