 en sections. In both cases there will be a break after the second lap. It i
 s preferred that riders ride the course as laps starting at whichever secti
 on they prefer and not keep riding the same section continuously.\n\n\n \n\
 n\nPlease note that all parents/people with parental authority are responsi
 ble for under 18 year old riders and it is required that you sign their ent
 ry forms. For safety reasons do not ride around the course alone but in sma
 ll groups observing each other in the sections. Always check a section is c
 lear before entering and no practising in the sections before or during the
  trial. If caught practising you may be disqualified.\n\n\n \n\n\nHELMETS A
 RE OPTIONAL FOR ADULTS\n\n\nBUT YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO WEAR ONE. ALL U
