ENTRIES / FEE: Entries mus t be made on the form provided, together with the correct fee of £20 and se nt so as to reach the Secretary of the Meeting by 23rd October 2015. Entrie s on the day will be accepted up to 1 hour before the start, but an additio nal fee may be levied. Cheques should be made payable to Bradford & D.M.C. Ltd.
Observers are required & any competitor able to provide an official Observer, may have an entry at the reduced fee of only £5
RESULTS: Will be posted on the club website; www.bradfordtrials.co m (Riders wanting hard copy results must provide a SAE).
AWAR DS: PREMIER: The John Metcalfe Trophy (To be held for one year).
OTHER CLASSES: Any awards given will be subject to the number of entrie s per class.
COURSE: The course includes "road-work" between groups of sections, for which RTA cover will be available on request.
Note: The machine described on the entry form shall be insured as required by the Road Traffic Acts, or equivalent legislation and must compl y with the regulations in respect thereof. Machines that obviously do not m eet RTA and ACU requirements will not be allowed to start.
Al l the sections will be on private land & the course will consist of either 2 laps of 20 sections, or 3 laps of 14 sections. The number of sections and laps will be confirmed and announced on the day. It is estimated that one lap will be approximately 6 miles in length.
Sections shall b e ridden in the correct order on each lap and competitors risk exclusion if they fail to comply with this instruction.
The onus on findi ng the sections is that of the competitor; the route will be clearly marked and must be closely followed.
The course closure method will be announced on day.
METHOD OF MARKING & TIES: As per TSR 22 a; stop permitted. Ties will be resolved as TSR 23. The onus rests entirely with the rider to ensure that the observers have the correct number of sco res entered on their cards.
PROTESTS: Protests as per Nationa l Sporting Code of the ACU, section 10.04 ( NOTE: In line with the 2015 Nat ional Sporting Code, 7.12 (*1); riders will be required to produce their cu rrent Competition Licence or Trials Registration when signing on at the sta rt ).
