 ) route for novices, older riders, or anyone who\njust wants a an easier da
 y than competing on the middle route, it has straightforward\nsections and 
 just enough of a challenge to take a handful of marks from the\nwinner.\n\n
 \nThe middle route (yellow/green) is by far the most popular\nroute these d
 ays and is suitable for a fairly wide variety of riders and\nmachines, cate
 ring for clubmen, non-experts, o/40, twinshocks, Pre65 etc.\n\n\nThe hard r
 oute (red/blue) is set out for the more typical\nclub level expert / interm
 ediate riders (not national standard expert riders)\nso it offers a decent 
 challenge without anything radical or which requires a\nhinge in the bike.\
 n\n\nFinally, the 50/50 route is a good option for anyone feeling\nthat the
  middle route may not provide quite enough of a challenge but who doesn't\n
 want to try all 10 of the hard route sections. This route is also suitable 
 for\ntwinshock and (modified) pre65 bikes, not just modern.\n\n\nSo there w
