SUMMARY:Lancs County MCC, Angela Redford Trial, Round 5 Normandale Masters Trials Championship
LOCATION:Barkingate Farm, Wray
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:\n\nThe entry list is attached below.\n\n\n \n\n\nAfter a break of a y
ear, Lancs County return with a round of the very popular Normandale Master
s Trials Championship which will feature a new on-road format for 2017.\n\n
\nThe Angela Redford Trial will start from Barkingate Farm, near Wray in Ro
eburndale (LA2 9LL), a venue that has been used in the past but not for a g
ood many years where there will be the first group of sections followed by
the second group at Middle Salter Farm about two miles further into Roeburn
dale along a minor road which peters out into a moorland track. The two ven
ues will provide 20 sections which will be lapped twice and as Middle Salte
r is likely to be unknown to the bulk of potential Normandale riders, will
be a new venture for riders in this series.\n\n\nThe trial, the fifth in th
e series, will take place on SATURDAY, June 3, and Lancs County have picked
this date to provide a double header weekend in conjunction with Cumberlan
d County MCC who will run round six the following day when they promote the
Alan trial at New Biggin, deep in the heart of the East Cumbrian Fells. Th
e two trials are about 70 minutes apart, so this will make a great summer w
eekend of trialing.\n\n\nLancs County entries are available now and Alan tr
ial entries will be available shortly.\n\n\n \n\n\nFor latest news see
front page, and bring midge spray, they are really troublesome at the mome
nt!!\n
