The Cheadle (Staffs) Auto Club will be running the fifth of their 2017 T rials on Sunday 3rd September starting at 10:30am. The trial will cater for all classes of machine and for all grades of rider from Novice and Beginne rs to Expert as well as Twinshock, British Bike over 40s , Youth A and B.
The trial will be “Stop Permitted”
The Dave Colley trial will be at Hermitage Farm near Ipstones, Staffordshire, set in the heart of the pi cturesque Staffordshire Moorlands. The course will be aimed at giving every one a good days sport and all riders will have a choice of either the Champ ionship sections or the easier Clubman’s ones. All sections will have dual routes, with all riders having the option to ride a 50/50 route if they wis h to. The harder sections will be for the better riders and the easier for those wanting a less demanding route at the popular Hermitage venue which i s situated one mile south of Ipstones village on the B5053 road. Start time is 10.30 am and entries will, as usual, close on the day.
This year the club will be running a club championship series with points being award ed on each of the routes at all of the trials. Trophies will be awarded to the first three at the conclusion of the series.

The Cheadle Auto Club has again a
bolished membership fees for 2017 so anyone wanting to ride in one of their
trials can turn up on the day and simply pay the entry fee and be given fr
ee membership of the club. You will still need to hold an ACU licence which
can be obtained at the trial but apart from that there will be no fuss and
no extra cost to you. This will continue to be the clubs policy in 2017 in
order to try to keep costs to the riders to a minimum.
