The Cheadle (Staffs) Auto Club will be running the 7th of their 2017 Tri als on Sunday 26th November starting at 10:30am. The trial will cater for a ll classes of machine and for all grades of rider from Novice and Beginners to Expert as well as Twinshock, British Bike over 40s , Youth A and B.
The trial will be “Stop Permitted”
The Winter trial will be at Her mitage Farm near Ipstones, Staffordshire, set in the heart of the picturesq ue Staffordshire Moorlands. The course will be aimed at giving everyone a g ood days sport and all riders will have a choice of either the Championship sections or the easier Clubman’s ones. All sections will have dual routes, with all riders having the option to ride a 50/50 route if they wish to. T he harder sections will be for the better riders and the easier for those w anting a less demanding route at the popular Hermitage venue which is situa ted one mile south of Ipstones village on the B5053 road. Start time is 10. 30 am and entries will, as usual, close on the day.
This year the clu b will be running a club championship series with points being awarded on e ach of the routes at all of the trials. Trophies will be awarded to the fir st three at the conclusion of the series.

The Cheadle Auto Club has again abolishe
d membership fees for 2017 so anyone wanting to ride in one of their trials
can turn up on the day and simply pay the entry fee and be given free memb
ership of the club. You will still need to hold an ACU licence which can be
obtained at the trial but apart from that there will be no fuss and no ext
ra cost to you. This will continue to be the clubs policy in 2017 in order
to try to keep costs to the riders to a minimum.
