Bolton MCC are pleased to announce that their successful Time and Observ ation Trial will return again in 2018 with 8th April being the date for you r diaries. Held once again at the Club's fantastic venue near Clowbridge re servoir, Dunnockshaw "400 Acres" offers challenging moorland, streams and t racks over a 4 mile loop.
This will be the 3rd edition o f the event which has been well received by participants over the last two years.
Unlike other time and observation trials this eve nt welcomes and caters not just for experts but novices as well. For those who are looking for an insight into what a time and observation trial is ab out, or simply would like a good ride out on the moors to train for the SSD T then this is the event for you!
This year the Club are adopting a 2 class system - "Main Class" will be 7 laps with "Support Clas s" doing 5 laps. Awards include the top 3 in each class plus best ride for a competitor over 40 in each class.
The event will be li mited to 70 riders on a pre entry basis. Early entry means a later starting number which will be in the riders favour so get them entries in sooner ra ther than later.
