 l be flagged off the A591 dual carriageway section at Thirlmere. 6pm start.
  Two courses a standard clubman course and an easier course suitable for be
 ginners. 4 laps of 10 sections over a compact course. All solos riders welc
 ome although there will be no expert/hard course. David Matthews/ Martha wi
