1964 Triumph Tiger Cub Trials. The frame number is T20SH 98185 .The bike to my knowledge is not road registered. The frame is original apart from having a Sammy Miller tubed oil tank fitted under the fuel tank. ( Tank flushed and cleaned before rebuild). It also has a Fecked Trials parts, alloy fuel tank with Monza cap. The engine has been rebuilt, including rebore , new piston and rings. Being the SH engine it has the high compression piston and R cam . All bushes changed. It has several UPB Trials parts upgrades including, blind camshaft end bush. Primary drive chain tensioner, alloy pressure plate, new clutch friction plates. Also gear shaft support plate. It has trials gearbox ratio on primary drive 16t / 29t. Sprocket ratio 13 front 60 rear. Currently fitted with correctly jetted Mikuni carb. New main bearings and final drive bearing. New main shaft oil bush. New valves, valve guides with the seats cut to complement new valves. New Thackeray washer kit for tappest. 35 mm Betor forks, Betor rear shocks, new springs fitted, almost new tyres. New chain and sprockets. Green brake shoes, front and rear, machined to the hubs, very good stopping power. Sammy Miller footrests conversion,rear brake pedal assembly and air filter box. Renthal bars, domino levers, domino grips and new throttle assembly. Alloy yokes. Electrex World Ignition. Alloy rims on both wheels in very good condition. It is a 1964 motorcycle so has age related marks but overall in very good condition. Only selling to fund another project. Bike based in North Lancashire.
