  5. Google 12x19x3mm rotary seal and you will find a supplier.
  6. They just told you; go to your closest bearing supply store and show them what you need. Bearings are their business and what you are looking for is nothing special.
  7. Can you please share link where you buy 19x12x3mm seal or part number?
  8. Forma Boulder have pretty good calf room. With calves on the large size and the big Leatt knee guards, Forma boots close but just barely. https://www.motosport.com/product/?code=SS-M-G-P-NA-PLA-DIRT&key=Leatt-2022-Dual-Axis-Knee-Guards&cc=us&variant[LBRI08C]=LBRI08C-X003-Y003&cc=us&variant[LBRI08C]=LBRI08C-X003-Y003&utm_source=google&utm_medium=pla&&mrkgadid=3327779862&mrkgcl=500&rkg_id=0&adpos=&creative=331604523753&device=c&matchtype=&network=g&product_id=LBRI08C-X003-Y003&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwh4-wBhB3EiwAeJsppKMXOCXmGLvAbXSsWUN2Jn1gP9nM-DN0I6IWqL8Pqgp-QutvS5nC7BoCOWUQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
  9. If you just have to talk to someone with great knowlege of the Montesa 4rts and he stocks most parts. Overland Trail Cycle 8 Belvidere Street Crafton, Pa. 15205-2819 412-780-3693
  10. Cascade Imports out of Mission B.C. stocks OEM Montesa parts and has for years, Don always had better parts stock then when Honda Canada wasted the business away. ... you didn't really say what part of the country you call local so B.C might be a lot closer then U.K. and your money goes further up here.
  11. I'm a big heavy dude with an active job, so I have quite huge calves. The A-stars Tech T's I tried out when buying my bike weren't even close to closing. I found a couple older threads about this topic, but thought I'd ask around in case there's any new models. Right now it looks like Gaerne Balances with the adjustable strap lugs are my best bet, any other models I should look into?
  12. Good day all! Between the GasGas and the Vertigo I bought a 2023 TRS 300 ONE Raga Replica...lol ) I have been offered a very good deal from the TRS importer. They had The ONE, the ONE RR and the Gold Series. Probably the ONE would have been the best bike for me because of smoother engine output but the price difference was just GBP 300 and for this price difference I prefer better suspensions and more bling bling of the ONE RR even if it will be a more difficult bike to learn on. I was thinking to go for the Gold Series because of better suspensions/hubs and front brake and some extra bling bling but the dealer told me that it's too powerful for the high compression head and CDI set up and the price difference was in the range of + GBP 1100 compared to the ONE RR. I am proud and happy like a kid)))...please share your opinions and Thoughts on TRS in general and on the ONE RR...thanks!
  13. All three of them handle oem parts. Fact is its faster to order from the uk and cheaper. The only part I would order from a Honda dealer would be the fenders for free shipping. I have done this for years. Best to use the part numbers from your manual. Partszilla, trials super store or the best is the splatshop in the u.k.
  14. Thanks, but they do not handle Factory OEM parts for the trials Cota 300 (although they seem to have parts OEM parts for every other model). Still looking for a place in America that keeps Origional Equipment Parts in stock.
  15. Partszilla, trials super store or the best is the splatshop in the u.k.
  16. First, totally new to this websight. In turn, my question has probably already been answered. Specifically, what USA dealers keep Cota 300 parts in stock (Honda OEM replacement, not aftermarket)? My local Honda dealer didn't even know Honda sold trials bikes. Thanks in advance!
  17. Hi Guys, I am starting the rebuild of a 1983 Honda Cl250s ( silk road), and just wondered if anyone out there has had one or still has one. I need to ask a couple of technical questions if possible. Many Thanks Gordon

  19. Glad you found something. Even in 98 there were not many choices. The 02 to 08 was a side mounted shock with no linkage is why no one awnsered. Go out and have some fun.
  20. K-Tech spring fits and feels excellent. (To a newbie, at least.) Jitsie's 38mm Paioli fork spring also fits, with a +7cm (14cm overall) replacement preload spacer. Spacer diameter is 32mm.

    Clutch master cylinder

If drag is a problem and you cannot obtain GRO 75w then try to get Motorex trial clutch oil as it has a similar effect
  22. Take a drop of pink liquid and rub it between your fingers, is it oil or is it coolant? I would think coolant for it to have any pink colouration. If it is indeed coolant you need to check your water pump seals, cylinder gaskets or coolant hoses. ... do you run oil or ATF in the transmission, ATF is thin as pee, could even be pink and has low viscosity.
  23. Hello first thing is to check you have fuel flowing properly out of the petrol tap, turn it to the off position then get a jam jar etc and get ready to put it below the fuel tap when you pull the fuel tube off it to catch the fuel then turn the tap to on and reserve positions to make sure fuel flows freely , if it is slow to flow then you need to take off the fuel tank and empty it before removing the tap and cleaning that thoroughly until fuel does flow freely. Also buy a new spark plug and some feeler gauges then set the plug gap to 0.7mm , next clean ALL the wiring connectors on the bike and make sure where a bolt connects a wire to the frame that it is clean of rust/corrosion and tight. Next thing is to clean the carburettor out very thoroughly and most importantly check the height of the floats/set the float arm position to ensure you have the correct amount of fuel in the bowl , you can find out how to do this on You Tube you probably have a Dellorto PHBL BS 26mm fitted so Google that to find plenty of information about it as its the most common trials carburettor. Hopefully after doing all these things your bike will run as its supposed to if not come back here to find out what the next step is. Good luck.

    Clutch master cylinder

Another thing I've just tried for 10hrs was GRO gear extreme 75w oil, that has also helped heaps with clutch drag. I can move the bike in gear with the clutch pulled in. I tried Penrite 75w80, Motul trans 10w-40 & Motul 5100 10w-40. At the lever they all felt about the same & all had the same clutch drag before & after the Hippel slave cylinder. They all had less drag after fitting the Hippel but the GRO 75w is much better. With the GRO 75w it feels like the clutch locks up better (if that makes sense) but has a more accurate feel at the lever. If I did it all again I'd try the oil 1st (cheaper) & then if still not happy try the Hippel 2nd. Hope this can help someone else with the Beta clutch.
