As the temperature drops more kicks are required to start it. In the garage at 10c it took 70 kicks to start it. 

Battery is good 13.3 volts, throttle body just cleaned and mass air flow cleaned, new plug.   Took so long I thought it was broken. Suggestions please.

I have to put the bike on a stand and kick it as hard as I can about 20 times. After starting, the bike starts right after turning off the engine, but if it sits for 2 minutes, it is very difficult to start again, sometimes even impossible. The bike has a lot of mileage (about 1000 engine hours). After purchasing it from the previous owner, I replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, injector, hose clamps in the gas tank, ignition coil and condenser in an attempt to find the problem. After that, everything got better, but the problem remains. Direct fuel injection into the intake manifold helps; in this case, it starts every time. I read all the threads on the forum and came to the conclusion that the problem could be in the crankshaft seals or sensors. I have seen people installing small batteries in the filter block, but I'm not sure which wires to connect them to?  To the capacitor or to the battery connector, which should be under the seat? I think this option should help, I'd be grateful for any help.

I'm having trouble getting the parts to fit together properly. My bike is a 2019 Vertigo Vertical Combat 250cc, and I'm using the original Vertigo kickstart lever. However, I can't seem to get it to fit correctly onto the shaft. I was expecting there to be a groove or slot in the shaft for the cross bolt on the lever to lock into, but it doesn't seem to be there.

I'm about to change the oil in both front forks, but I'm a bit unsure about the correct oil level. In the service manual for the bike, it says the oil level should be 130 mm in both forks. However, in the service manual for the forks — which are Tech Suspension — it states that the level should be 130 mm in the left fork and 75 mm in the right.

Which one should I trust?

I've ordered a new air and fuel filter in the hope that this could help. The only times I've had it started I had to squirt a syringe of premix down the throttle body but I can't be doing that all the time 😂

Does it sound like a fuel filter problem or pump problem to you guys. I don't think it helps that I got the 300cc version and I'm only 156lbs. But it was road registered and in pretty good condition.

I have a problem again with my Vertigo Busto 2021 250cc and I can't find the solution.

 

I would like to post the problem to see if you have a solution.

 

 

 

Some time ago, I had fueling problems during training. Thinking that dirt had gotten into the air screw of the injection body, I dismantled the injection body.

 

I noticed that the tps sensor was free with the screw loosened..

 

Since then, it's been a mess!

 

The motorcycle starts cold but rattles and smokes abnormally then when hot it stops by itself.

 

Here's what I did:

 

TPS Replacement

 

TPS recalibration

 

----------The problem remains the same------

 

Checking the connections, checking the coolant level and pump operation, swapping the ignition coil with my brother's motorcycle

 

 

 

I have no results The bike always stalls hot :(

 

My WIFICOM does not indicate any fault

 

What do you think?

 

When I changed the TPS, I did the replacement without doing any tilt adjustment, just a calibration afterwards. do you think it's good?

maybe anybody has the same problem. My Vertigo R3 MY 2021 starts poorly when hot. When the fan was running and the engine was off longer than about 15sec. it fires up very poorly. The problem was the capacitor and the cables which look like this:

With never owning one before I would imagine that the battery should hold some charge? and any ideas or how to diagnose what the problem is?
