  1. You would be able to drive a car to the top of charltons, there is a easy track from the bottom car park right to the very top of the practise ground. so that the smaller/ younger riders can get about.

    Grphics

you and get two of your mates to help especially if it's the back mudguard and lots of masking tape to keep it in place. first you want to warm the area with a hair dryer and the sticker, start around the light and push all the bubbles out, you will need to peel the backing sheet of a little at atime and pull and stretch the sticker until it's all on be carefull not to rip the sticker near the seat as it's only thin. hope this helps also clean the plastic mudguard with some white spirits

    Cut Out Switch.

If you can pull the cap off the throttle and unhook the cable that will stop the bike reving out, I was on with trying to fit a kehin carb when mine jammed open, we tried to take the spark plug cap off, tried the kill switch both of which failed, Its supprising how fast you can unclip the cable when you bike's screaming its tits off. Hope this helps if anyone gets into situation like that. G.RASP
  4. beta disc side 10mm ( 05 bike ) beta sprocket side 8mm sherco disc side 7mm ( 04 wheel ) sherco sprocket side 9mm tried putting sherco wheel into the beta with beta spacers in, large gap at sprocket side, tried it with sherco spacers in still large gap, then measured the hubs of both wheels, from inside of disc to inside of sprocket beta hub 155mm wide sherco hub 140mm wide both wheels look identical but measure different
  5. Well said crosser. This year 16 of us went for the first time and none had any compliants about commentary or the seatting only people wasting their programs and making paper areoplanes. The show was brilliant and we all enjoyed ourselfs G.RASP

    Keihin Carb On 290

Ian when I did mine i got a GasGas 280 pro airbox rubber and put the origanel sherco one inside that and fasten them to the airbox. Also my throttle cable was to short when I first started it which made the revs stick on at about 1/2 throttle you may need to alter the metal adjusters on top of the carb
