Hi guys
Just bit more interested in Royal Enfield trials these days. I would like know more about Royal Enfield Bullet HNP 331
ridden by Johnny Brittain in 1957 in SSDT. Interested to know what engine/frame etc modification were done to this bike. any more picture will be nice
Found very rare interesting video able to locate Royal Enfield Trials HNP 332 ?. at 33:57 on the trailer.
Good to know how was trials riding in 1950s .. bit diffcult & driving in very high waters etc ,admire the history of british trials.

Hi Guys
Talking about cost got this one for free from friends shed this morning. now i will look for "aawil" approach to find lightweight early hub or Charlie's one ,
@Charlie
can you please explain , how you use Jialing JH125L wheel and this wheel can used in the same way on c15.
Can someone identify this wheel , Thanks
Regards
-
I apologize i didn't read the the message well and didnt know early hub e.g bantam d1 hub came with 36 spokes. holes , still interested to see the brake arrangement using d1 hub or early hub.

@aawil
I like you ideas .. I am doing my first trials project ( c15 ). and successfully started my midlife crisis.
I have a question , if someone is using bantam/tiger cub hub (40 spokes holes) with Jap rim .( 36 spoke holes )
so you will leave 4 spokes holes empty on hub or you will re-arrange spoke hole distance on hub to make them 36 ..? if you can share some pictures that will be easy to understand.
Thanks & Regards

Hi guys
I started to build Pre-65 trails bike. when started to buy things, soon realize it costly stuff and i cannot continue , now trying to build C15 green leaner
cost is increasing very fast. i believe may be after 20-25 years. these bikes will be for elite only. Sorry no offence , its just my opinion
@Charlie
I like Broony and your Mini Super Otter.

Hi guys
I am struggling for past few weeks . I am not able find suitable bearing for BSA C15 headstock with Ossa Mar forks/yoke.
either the bearing is smaller or bigger. if someone can provide brand/number they have used. and workaround that will be very helpful.

Hi Guys
Finally i got OSSA Mar forks for my BSA C15 project.
I have couple of questions,
> There is oil leak from screw on fork leg. I tried to tighten it , but its thread is gone , how to fix it ?
> What is easiest way to hook OSSA forks to C15 ? . Should I use C15 ball bearing race to OSSA yokes.
or should i use C15 yokes ? and OSSA forks legs . I prefer to use OSSA yokes if possible , they seem more suitable to me.
I am attaching pictures .. please advise.
Thanks in advance

Thanks for reply.
I will use Ossa forks/TY wheel as suggested.
I want to use bike on/off road. if i need bike to be Road legal.
should i need front/back/speedometer to be working ??
I thinking of using default 6V ignition system on the bike or should i convert it to 12V ?
how much teeth should gearbox sprockets required. ?
its seems diffcult to find 40 hole RIM for T20/bantam Hub , is it possible to use 36 hole Japanese RIM ?
Your advise bring my project back on track.
Appreciate your help :-)
