[New to this, can't identify year from vin number]

Yeah been said, the monoshock and the rear frame and mudguard but as its been changed i cant fit the rear frame.  It doesn't look like anything has broke so i have no idea why it was changed

I will only be using for fun as never had one before and have no intention of riding competitively as i would suck

I have just bought this beta techno, i believe it is a 98 but can anyone help?  There is a few bits missing as you can see from the picture but i have searched the beta website for parts and cannot locate them
