Coolant Recovery Bottle?

Hi guys,

I recently got a trials bike (1999 TXT270) and have been having a few overheating issues. I've checked out the fan and thermocouple - everything is operating fine. The problem is I end up doing a fair bit of dirt road riding to get to the technical stuff, and the bike overheats on the roads. As an enduro dude, I find this kind of ironic since it's the opposite of what happens with enduro bikes. Has anyone ever tried fitting an overflow bottle to a trials bike to recover the lost coolant? It's only an issue on uphill dirt roads where the bike gets revved a bit in 5th. Flat and downhill roads are fine. Or should I just slow down and let the bike cruise at idle in 5th?

Thanks.
