TLR 200 sprocket studs

Hi,

Been trying to remove the nuts off the sprocket studs on a recently imported TLR200, got one off but the others won't shift they just spin but seem tight. Looking at the parts diagram these studs seem to be pressed into what I'm guessing is some sort of rubber bush.

So any tips for getting these nuts off and where can I get replacement studs/bushes and how difficult would they be to fit? (big hammer technique?) I'm concerned these studs might vibrate out if I did manage to get the nuts off.

Cheers,

a large circlip actualy holds the sprocket to the hub the bushes are a sort of cush drive and are knackered by the sounds of it, remove the clip and pull the sprocket off the hub with the bushes attached then hold bushes in a vice and undue the nuts or cut em off to release the sprocket, try david silver spares for new cush drive bushes and nuts hope this helps

Hi,

That did the job, I was totally approaching it the wrong way. Everything seems ok, so no need for new nuts, etc but thanks for the info and I know where to go now for spare bits. That saved me a lot of wasted time, Cheers
