I don't think they have it. The 2/5 gearis a single piece that includes the part missing the tooth and the gear "on top" of it. I have tried many places andbit just does not seem to exist. I am waiting for responses from 3 sources still. So fingers crossed!

Fitted new rear wheel bearings, air filter, front mudguard, fresh gear oil and a smaller rear sprocket tonight, will be interesting to see tomorrow how much difference going from a 10-48 to a 10-42 will do to my riding on TXT Pro 200.

The Unicorn has been found!  (warning incoming "advertisement")  The wonderful folks at Jack's Cycles were able to locate a gear for me.  it is a used gear but the condition is excellent.  There are of course very mild witness marks where the gears mesh, they look better than the marks on my current one.  And it has all of it's own teeth!

I will be replacing the bushings in the gear with new, so it should ride on the shaft better and last longer.  (I think)

As far as I know this is the first Gearbox issue this bike has had and it's 13yrs old.  I know the previous owner well and he had it from new (he was not exactly gentle on the bike).  So I would think this other gear should last quite some time.
