col h Posted May 6, 2014 Report Share Posted May 6, 2014 Used to have a 98 techno and had similar issue. If after bypassing the thermostat the fan still doesn't work then your fan regulator will likely be the culprit. It's a small black box mounted under the seat as I remember.
