29markt Posted July 22, 2015 Report Share Posted July 22, 2015 Evening all, Can anyone tell me the correct procedure or slot on the shaft for refitting the pawl gear(s) back so the tension is correct for the Kickstart to return correctly to the stop and not damage the case? Struggling a bit as far as the slot in the shaft for the kickstart bolt is not in the correct position at present after replacing the gears..bit stumped! Thanks! lineaway Posted August 1, 2015 Report Share Posted August 1, 2015 I`ve done a complete rebuild. The kick starter was the hardest part.
