Hi guys

I am struggling for past few weeks . I am not able find suitable bearing for BSA C15 headstock with Ossa Mar forks/yoke.

either the bearing is smaller or bigger. if someone can provide brand/number they have used. and workaround that will be very helpful.

Regards

JH

you ll have to make up a top hat spacer from brass or something similar.. ufortunately no one at bsa imagined that anyone would want to replace their excellent forks with something from a spanish motorcycle 50 years later..

:agreed:

I've made some inserts for the headstock on my bantam

Find a bearing that fits the frame & is too big for the stem is easiest then sleeve the stem where the bearing fits to suit. That's what I did for my pre75 CZ mxer as stem is 25mm & best sized bearing to replace the loose balls was 26mm, not a hard job if you have the gear
