A friend has one which I could scan for you but it would be easier if I had an email address to send it to. I`d have to scan each page as I live in Australia so that would make lot of images to send. Inmotion don't have one, I haven't tried Weavers or any other US suppliers, but will now. If I'm unsuccessful can I come back to you and ask your friend to scan it?
