Sorry you haven't had any replies , I cant help as I have never owned a pre65 bike

maybe you have had no replies because you are thinking of using actual real old 1964 parts ?

most people these days would be fitting - New Billet "pre65" yokes into a New "Replica Pre65" Frame

Have you contacted any of the classic specialists ?  like Sammy miller products , Terry Weedy

I think that the stem on c15 yokes are different to tigercub, the only way would be cut the stem out of tigercub yokes and retro fit to c15 yoke. I looked into this for my own bike but that was as far as I got. Also bear in mind the spindle on wheel may need attention.

Thanks for the replies, would like to keep the bike of the era if you like, purchased a set of heavyweight internal sprung tiger cub forks in the end, a friend has just carried out the mod Corky thought about and has made a great job not sure my welding skills are up to his standards though.

I’ve got heavyweight forks with internal springs but I put some 3ta stantions which are a bit longer with original cub springs and made a spacer for the take up difference and add a bit of pre load and I use a 7.5 weight oil . They work well for me at the mo as I’m not good enough to justify spending over a grand for some reh forks.
