Soft and agressive mode? Thanks guys Where are you? The biggest dealer in France (in Europe I think) is Dherby in Valence. They can deliver anywhere in France. Their current stock list starts with a Beta Evo at €2970 up to a Sherco ST250 at €3970 - there are 16 250cc bike to choose from. I have only just started riding trials and have a 250. My wife and I share the bike. I don't think a 125 would be any easier or better, the 250 is not difficult to ride. The left hand kickstart on the Beta is not a problem - the bike starts very easily. You can ride the bikes at Dherby before you buy them. So that sorts the problem....A 2019 Scorpa it is !......... @nhuskys changed from GasGas 125 to a Scorpa 125 and likes the Scorpa better and he is a 125 specialist so knows things. Enjoy your new Repsol 260. I vote Scorpa 125, but I'm a minority. For some people the technique for starting Gas Gas Pro motor.... even a 125, can be problematic.There is a thread right now about a 13 year old girl and 5 men who can't start her bike. It isn't the carb or the ignition.... It just seems you are built to start a Gas Gas or you aren't. I can start any other brand 125 Trials or Enduro bike easily, but not a Gas Gas, hence the Scorpa. If you can test ride one and start it easily, consider buying it. There is one other thing to consider..... The 6 speed dual range Gas Gas Pro transmission doesn't work that well with the 125 riding the loop and trails. You'll find yourself constantly shifting between the gears which have huge nasty grinding change. On a 250 or 300 you would just stay in a higher gear. They are a 8 hours from my home so they think 125 will be fine with my light weight and for start basics. They have a 2014 gas gas for 3450 euros shipped and a 2019 scorpa racing for 5690 with some reduce on equipment. An other shop have a 2017 gas gas for 3700 euros ( with new clutch..). I asked again for a 250, they are not sur fly wheel and long throttle help to have more smooth ride to learn the basic, balance, wheelie, bump and jump on 1 meters box. You can learn balance with the engine switched off. Have a look at the Laurent Ammazini short videos on YouTube.
