Phiz Posted June 25, 2019 Report Share Posted June 25, 2019 I'm an aging trials nut who has not ridden a bike for years, and I miss it like hell! Originally from South Cumbria in the north of England, my main riding years were between 1976 and 1989. I was lucky enough to take part in some great events and had some fantastic friends with who the fun and banter was second to none. although I managed to gain only an Intermediate rating with my riding, I rode in several national events in the UK, and sat waiting to ride courses alongside five world champions. My one big ambition was to take part in the SSDT, but this was never realised. I'm now waiting for a knee replacement, and hope that it might give me that new lease of life that allows me to ride again.
